No sweets, no thank you...

Okay, but just until Sunday. Anyone with me? It's my new Monday goal. I'm not going to eat any candy, desert, chocolate chips, fruit snacks, sugary cereal, soda, the kids' M&M rewards, you get the idea, all week! Who will do this with me? It's just six days. Our six day detox. Leave a comment if you're going to do it too. It gives me some motivation.

I'll do it with you. I've been doing pretty good since my sugar detox, but there have been way to many opportunities for sweets the last few weeks and I need to refocus my eating a little. And thanks for always keeping us motivated!!

My update and confession... I lasted until Saturday night, and then for some odd reason, I totally bombed. I ate like two dinners, and then had marshmellows and choc chips before going to bed. Yuck! Here's to another week on. No sweets or deserts until next Sunday. How's you do Adrienne? and anyone else?

I need to do this too. I have been good about getting out walking in the morning. Amber expects me to be out of my house at nine everyday, that is my motivation!
