New Blog Idea

Are you feeling like you need some motivation? Wish that you could borrow someone else's drive or self control for a while?

I had an idea for this blog. A few weeks ago, I was feeling really good about myself and exercise. I exercised everyday for two weeks!! I was thinking it would feel good to brag about it on my blog. Perhaps that would even help me keep going. (and then I got sick and last week was thrown down the toilet, and I've had a hard time getting back on the horse) I started thinking that this would be a cool blog if people could post or comment on how they were doing. If you've just discovered something that is motivating to you, you're eating really well and you'd like to tell someone, or if you just feel motivated to be healthy... if you posted about it here, it just might help other people out there that need that extra oomph that day. And when you're wanting to get back on the horse, if you read about someone else who is doing well, their success just might motivate you to get out of the chocolate chips, and into the gym.

So, please feel free to comment! If you'd like access to this blog to be an author, let me know. I'd love to have a place to go that will motivate me when I'm sitting on my duff blogging or something to get some exercise or to stop munching.

Definitely needing some new goals. My three weeks was great, but there really was no plan afterward and the next couple of months just sort of happened. I'm ready to get back on track!

Cool! i'd love to hear about your goals and or successes, ( or anything else) have you updated your blog since vacationing? I need to check again. :)
